I would see people power in the Philippines worse off for the country. People power revolution started at 1986 by a group of people called Camp Aguinaldo, to go against Ferdinand Marcos. Marcos is a dictator that ruled the Philippines for more than 20 years, and has constantly corrupted the economy as well as apply disgrace to the people. Since the revolution start, the US government stopped supporting Marcos because he had lost control of the country. And of course, the global power of the Philippines dropped down by the people power revolution. The country corrupt lots cause of the revolution like the market, the trade and taxes which affects the economy so much. Well, the army in the Philippines would also become weaker, because majority of the people marching on the roads to rebel the government. Last point, once people in the Philippine got complete freedom, they’re slugging off and happy about everything. By this hobbit, it stopped the Philippines from rising economy.

On another side, the people power could make the Philippines a better country. Firstly, people power represents human rights. It allows the people to choose the leader they want and get rid of the leader they don’t like. In this situation, there will be fewer dictators to lead the country and the leaders will give what the majority wants. Freedom is another reason for the revolution, people will not be ruled so tightly and feel free of what they want or dislike.
